The Homefirst ® Certified Builders 10 Year Guarantee is designed to provide you with complete peace of mind when embarking on the building of your new house which covers -• Loss of Deposit • Non-Completion of the dwelling due to legal incapacity, insolvency, cancellation or suspension of licence, early termination due to wrongful failure or refusal to complete. • Structural Defects for 10 years • Non-Structural Defects for 2 years • Alternative Accommodation and Removal Costs in the event of this being necessary to best resolve a claim.
