Managing Director & Founder
David is a third generation qualified builder with an advanced trade certificate and has been self-employed since the age of 20. He started the first independant group housing company in Nelson and to date it remains the only wholly owned local company.
Happily married to Kathryn he enjoys supporting their three children with qualifying for their respective sports rep teams. He lists his favorite activities as " anything ending in -ing" with extra focus on biking,fishing,watersports,snow skiing.

Jo Neale
Operations Manager & Contract Manager
Jo is a trade qualified builder with sixteen years experience. During that time he has done most aspects of building, including 2 years running his own business in the UK. He has been in a management role for the last 3 years , with his current position including tasks such as pricing, contract management/administration & creditor/debtor management.
Jo is married to Carla and together they have a 7 year old daughter and twin 5 year old boys. When time permits, Jo enjoys various sports and enjoying time with his family in the Marlborough Sounds.

Kathy Egerton
New Home Consultant
Kathy has been involved in the building and banking industries for many years having spent the last eight years with the Orange Building Group where her focus has been assisting the client to achieve the home they desire.
Kathy is married to Brian and they have four children and six grandchildren which is a great excuse for travelling to visit with those who live away from Nelson. Walking, road cycling and the gym help keep Kathy fit. Her main interests are landscape gardening and music.

Richelle is the newest member of the team. Having built her own home 3 years ago and managing the project herself she decided that helping others realise their dreams of building their own new home was the career she wished to pursue.
Richelle is married to Jamie and they have 3 children . When Richelle isn't working she enjoys Rugby and League, Fishing, Camping, Music, Cooking and spending time with her family.

Office, Accounts & Payroll Manager
Christine is a qualified Bookkeeper with 22 years experience in the administration of accounts procedures. She has been in her current position for the last 6 years, running all aspects of office administration, including paying of Creditors, Bank reconciliations and Payroll. Christine enjoys Arts & Crafts hobbies, she also loves animals and volunteers on a regular basis for the SPCA.

Pat Bourke
Aluminium Joinery Manager
Patrick has been with Nu-look for 25 years and brings a vast industry knowledge to the team. Supported by an experienced team around him he has managed the aluminium window division for 12 years. His current role includes project management, pricing and customer relations. In his spare time Pat enjoys long walks on the beach, fishing,social sports and socializing.

John Andrew
Joinery Production Manager
John is a qualified joiner who has been working in the joinery trade for over 35 years. His role involves managing the timber joinery department including delivering estimates, customer liaison and all other aspects of the joinery shop day to day operation. He is supported by a great team of fellow experience tradespeople.
John is married to Karen and together they have 2 adult children. John enjoys fishing, home renovation and is a keen armchair sportsman!
